I need help starting up on my server, such as getting a decent coder so I can improve my server, I come on everyday from morning till night and I will be working along side the coder in hand, I'm friendly and I have skype which I am always on so I can communicate with anyone working with me easily. Just really need abit of help with coding some custom things for the server, here's the information for my server (I'm on it now)

People aren't really gonna be willing to code for you without some sort of payment
And with payment he means money, not a custom rank, superadmin or in-game money. The way you advertise could attract people who are trying to mess your server up. Don't give anyone access before you've seen that they know what they are doing and don't trust people with a low post count
