People joining my server aren't downloading the addons properly... help?

For some reason when ever someone joins my server I cannot spawn most of my addons because they are still errors. They on see the error but they are downloading the addon... just not properly. If someone could help that would be awesome.

Are you, or the addon, 'resource.AddFile'ing the models and materials correctly?
