HLDS Installing HL1 content instead of GMod or source (LINUX)

Sorry if this is the wrong place.
Anyway, I can't get any source files installed through HLDS on my linux console.
For example:
[xxx@localhost srcds]$ ./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .

And then I can't install any source content because it will say that HL1 & Source cannot share a directory.
It does this with both tf and garrysmod too, and the same script I've been using to install does it now instead of what should be downloading. Any fix?
Make a second script that downloads it to a second location and manually move them to their right place? I've never encountered this with linux, but a washing list of other issues. Try that solution (what I would name a quick fix) or wait for an expert.

Problem is that I can't download any Source games, the only thing that downloads is HL1.
That's GoldSRC, not even a source game.
Try using SteamCMD, not HLDS. I know some people have been having problems with that on Linux, so tell us how it goes.
Counter Strike Source is now on SteamCMD, not HLDSUpdateTool.
Thanks everyone, SteamCMD works, and I know have all the folders I need (CSS, TF, etc.)
But, now I'm getting this error:
./srcds_run: line 344: 44158 Segmentation fault (core dumped) $HL_CMD
The debug log has 0 info, all it will say is that error. Here is the layout of the /srcds/ folder.

Is there something I am missing?
It's a memory access violation. Google that or segmentation fault if you don't know what it is
Can't find any info on that specific fault myself. I submitted a ticket to Steam Support though, to see if I can get any help.
