I recently just got a night time version of 2fort. Everything went smoothly until I got to the water. I've been experiencing the missing texture error look.

I had the same issue with the reflections on the doors and glass but using mat_specular 0 fixed that, but still no luck on fixing the water reflection. Anyone know how to fix this little error?
Those are broken cubemaps. Try typing "buildcubemaps" into console. ( With a restart afterwards )
