Icon appears purple/black checkered, model does not appear on spawn, no history of it

so i got the model to have an icon of the mesh without textures (purple/back), but when i hit the button theres no model that actually appears and when i hit z theres nothing to be undone, so is there a problem with the model/ragdoll?
