Gmod loading screen problem

i have a problem when i join a server it dosent show the loading screen here a picture that im talking about: [url]http://chaosity.cc/news-and-announcements/chaosity-new-custom-gmod-loading-screen/[/url] all i see when i join a server is white screen idk how to fix this i have source games like css,hl2,dod,hl2 ep1&2,etc im not sure if this is a gmod problem or not if someone know how to fix this pls reply back
