For 4 months, I have been having problems using the gravity gun and I didn't seem to not use it for any reason, but I wanted to do some tricks now but it's this one bug I have. Whenever I pick an object, all I can do is place it down safely, not throw it like it should. If I even try throw it, it makes me place it down instead. I have not messed with my key binds for a very long time now. Is there anyone else having this problem?
Did you install an addon? What gamemode are you running on?
I've looked at all of my addons, and it really never conflicted the gravity guns. I was running on the sandbox mode as I have always been.
EDIT: But, you COULD just look at all of my addons I've subscribed if I've missed anything. It'll take awhile to check all of them, I would be grateful if you caught one that really does conflict it.

EDIT2: I've actually remember now how it started. It was when I went to a DarkRP server, that didn't allow you to use gravity guns, and I was only able to just safely put it down with my gravity gun, instead of throwing onto someone's head. That is, of course prop killing, and that's what most servers have banned. So I always have thought that it was something to do of disabling the gravity gun. It actually seemed to be happening when I'm in singleplayer too. I tried everything to figure out what it is on the console, messing with every single command to just FIGURE THE **** THING OUT!! And this is where I am right now. I don't even know if it was the server's fault for doing this, or I'm stuck with not using the gravity gun at all.
Update your drivers
Take out all your addons. Run the game and see if that fixes the problem.
If it does, start putting your addons back in a few at a time.
That way its easy to single out what the problem is (if its to do with addons at all).
If not, then its game files and you should un-install and reinstall. Only takes a few mins :)

I've done all of those, and it still persists.
