today I downloaded steamCMD and got srcds to set up a server, I did everything as normal (I hosted dedicated servers before), but when I try to connect to ANY server WHILE the start.bat working I just can't connect. I didn't do anything yet, but I tryed with sv_lan 0 and all of that. even with a freash and new srcds I still can't connect to any server.
if anyone could help me that would be great :)

if you need me to provide any files pics and info, go ahead and ask, everything to get this problem solved and to get my server hosted and running :D
