never ending load screen / particle.

So my problem is that my gmod was working fine for 8 months.
Then today all of a sudden it just get's this LOOONG loading screen.

i launched gmod and it never stop's loading, if it manages to actually go to the loading it goes to the particle's. When i'm in the particles it freezes at.

/team_collision.

Now, i know it's from L4D2 But here is the thing i try to delete l4d2 from my steam library but when i hit delete local content it says Uninstalling Left 4 Dead 2.
The uninstalling screen goes away but its still there installed,

i have tried -autoconfig
-dxlevel 70
-dxlevel 81
- Re-installing Gmod / L4D2 ( wont even delete L4D2).
- Restarting Comp / Steam

I Dont know whats going on! i really love Gmod and now it's fucking up.
