it's not paying for a product that you should of bought.
Gaming Companies on the other hand seem to define Pirating as any Product that is downloaded via a File Sharing Program (aka: Bittorrent).
PERP was originally made by the pulsar effect role play community, from which the gamemode was leaked/tweaked exc. for a few years. It is a leaked gamemode no matter how much you want to argue about it, I have the command but its not on me atm.
