My server get this error i have no addons installed.

Might have to reinstall your server
Don't reinstall the server, move over to GMod 13 server. To download the server content, use -command update -game garrysmodbeta (If it still haven't changed) Note: None of your current addons/custom content will work. Wait for an update from their author.
Im having the same problem.
Try removing the [b]orangebox/bin[/b] and [b]orangebox/garrysmod/bin[/b] folders, then re-run an update. Run the updater twice just to be safe as well, make sure it gets all the content it need.
Keep in mind if you are still using addons from GMod 12 many of them will no longer work / will need to be updated.. but you can try mounting them by renaming the info.txt to addon.txt, and see if they work at-least.
