Hello. Sorry for my bad english.
My friend gave me a code to garry's mod 13 beta. I dont have this game on my steam acc and this game is working even without gmod 12. After official version of garry's mod 13 it will work without gmod 12? c:

I really don't understand what you're asking.
But if you meant "Can I play GMod 13 whenever it gets official, without Garry's Mod 12 (the current one)", it depends.
If you bought GMod 12 on Steam, you will get Garry's Mod 13 for free, because it's not another game, just a huge patch/update.
