As some of you may know, I own a Trouble In Terrorist Town Server. Currently we are using ULX and ULIB as our administration software. I have heard ULX and ULIB will not be available for GarrysMod 13. So what other administration tools can I use for GarrysMod 13? I hear Evolve is coming back, however its not released yet.
Does anyone know of any good and decent administration tools for GarrysMod 13 which we can use on day one.

Untill there are admin mods I recommend you to set up a RCON password that is easy to remember, but not too easy that it can be guessed, and then just kick / ban people by their userid in the server.
Type "status", look at the numbers in front of their name, and then use the following commands:
kickid <id> <reason>
banid <time in minutes> <id> [kick]
[] is optional, so if you put in kick, it'll kick and ban, and if you leave kick out of there, the person will be able to play untill he reconnects.
evolve is never coming back

At the moment it appears to be slightly bugged, but whoever is coding it is pretty rapid and you can submit feature/bug requestions on their site and get an actual reply.

It still seems better than nothing.
ULX does have a GMod 13 version, but it's incomplete. Only the menu doesn't work, but who even uses the menu anyway.
