Hello everybody, It's been few days now that Garry's Mod always crash when I play. I often go to a TTT server, and when I go to my Gmod menu I crash, and when I play more than 10 minutes I crash too. I don't have any thirdparty softwares and useless processes. It's just Garry's Mod who often crash and I can't play it anymore because I'm gonna crash again. I can still play other Valve game like L4D2, World Of Warcraft, CSS, etc... But I cannot play Gmod since it's updated. I'm very worrying about this issue because I always play TTT and those crash are ruining the game for me. Do I need to do something special to repair Gmod? [editline]1st November 2012[/editline] It seems to be the famous awesomium process. Well, it's quite a nice idea to avoid Gmod crash but it crashes all my Windows. Now, when I launch Gmod, I have to restart my computer because it's impossible to use it at all... Things are getting worse...
Why the hell are there too many AWESOMIUM_PROCESS processes in my task manager? What's the point of those things who completely destroyed my favourite game? Please, help me... I think... I think... I'm done with this game... It's now time to find a job.
Alright guys, it seems that the new Garry's Mod sucks a lot of RAM. I hope Garry find a solution to this unfortunate issue :(...
You're running on Windows 98?
You're running on Windows 98?
Well, no, actually I'm on Windows 7. I disabled the styles to increase the performances of my computer for testing Garry's Mod.
I'm going to say the obvious here, did you try reinstalling?
by the way I play on the same server than loucouss and I got the same problem ! It's completely ruining my holyday :suicide:
