Ever since the Garry's Mod 13 update, whenever I try to start up Gmod, I get a window with a HL2 icon that says "Engine error"
In it, the words, "Could not load library client". I just started up Half Life 2 to test if it had the same issue - no problems at all. I deleted Steam's clientregistry.blob, and reinstalled Gmod (but all of the addons seemed to stay?)
Same here man. I tried everything besides reinstalling (don't want to re-download 13gb worth of add-ons).
