I believe this was an HTML error not too long ago. (Could be wrong)
Try verifying the game cache (Steam > Library > Garrysmod > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game cache)
or Reinstalling Gmod entirely.

Try to delete [B]lua[/B] and [B]html[/B] folders from [I]steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod[/I] and verify game cache again.
