I really like the way SourceMod map chooser is on TF2 for instance, I want something like that on my Gmod server. I want the feature to be able to nominate and have pages so people can look through all the maps available. I am not sure what program I need to download so I can add it to my server.
Well you could have a look on the workshop, I imagine it shouldn't be too difficult to code though

Although it isn't exactly what you were looking for I also highly recommend [url=http://coderhire.com/scripts/view/11]KMapVote[/url], although quality comes at a hefty price usually.
