hl2.exe - Application Error

Everytime I try to run a garry's mod server I get this error when it's sending the client

hl2.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

PC Specs;
Hard drive: 931.50 GB
Installed Memory (RAM): 4 GB
Intel(r) Core(TM) i7 Cpu 920 @ 2.67GHz 2.67 GHz
32-bit Operating System
Radeon HD 5750 1GB of Memory
Directx 9

I've reinstalled Garry's Mod, I have no Add-On's, I've reinstalled AMD Catalyst Control Center, I've lowered my setting's which temporally worked, I've reinstalled Directx 9.

steamapps/<username>/garrysmod there will be .mdmp or in dumps folder, e-mail those to garry ([e-mail]) and he can figure it out.
