No Fire or TF 2 models? - Help

Just noticed I have no fire, or TF 2 models. Please help. -a4magic (yes I am an idiot when it comes to technical things in G-mod)

Have you even tried to mount TF2...

I have the same exact problem with TF2 stuff, I do have the actual games, and tried turning off TF2 in the menu that displays the games.

No fire means you're running in DirectX 8

Ok, thank you for telling me how to fix my fire. Yes Team Fortress 2 is mounted, but when I click on the icon it won't spawn anything. Is there a specific way of mounting a game that I don't know about, or is it just clicking on the game name on a list? Thank you for the responses.

Thank you for the responses.[/QUOTE] The fact you have the icons and they aren't errors I think means you have TF2 installed correctly, are you sure the server you're on has it installed? or is this singleplayer?

This is in single player. This happened before the big update to.

I don't know what this means, but these are the errors I get on map start-up: Attemped to precache unknown particle system "error"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "generic_smoke"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "blood_impact_red_01"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "blood_impact_green_01"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "blood_impact_yellow_01"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "burning_character"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "slime_splash_01"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "slime_splash_02"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "slime_splash_03"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "env_fire_tiny_smoke"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "env_fire_small_smoke"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "env_fire_medium_smoke"! Attemped to precache unknown particle system "env_fire_large_smoke"! Again. I don't know what this means, or if it has anything to do with fire not showing up. Thanks.
