Two pairs of first person hands and missing phys gun model.

So, I somehow managed to fuck my Garrys mod up and have two glaring problems, the first being that in first person the phys gun is an error, the model works fine when spawned in as an entity, and the other problem is that in first person I have both the combine hands and the citizen hands at the same time, which causes it to clip strangely. I've tried verifying my cache, and I reinstalled Garry's mod earlier today, but it still doesn't seem to be working.

Anyone seen or had this kind of problem before?
