For whatever reason every time Garry's Mod is started my mic seems to get a robot type distorted static. I've checked preferences and it says 'Built in mic', and cannot seem to select my PnP mic (Which if you haven't guessed is part of a headset). I've tested out how the mic sounds before opening Garry's mod, and sounds quite clear, but after opening it, it gets this weird distortion, so my only conclusion could come down to Garry's mod.
Wondering if there are other issues like this (I have searched for it but have not found it).
So I'm guessing this isn't an issue that anyone can solve...
