Here's a very odd bug I've ran into recently -- The game run perfectly fine, I can download addons, load up a map, join multiplayer, all of that. However, once I try and move in singleplayer, my GMod crashes without warning and I can't figure out why. This is the first time it's ever happened to me, and it ONLY happens in singleplayer. Never have it happen in multiplayer or anything, just singleplayer.
If I hit and of my WASD keys, game shuts down. I can push myself around and move my mouse, but I can't just move. Does anybody know why this happens?
Go to your Garry's mod root folder (/steamapps/common/garrysmod) and look and see if there are any .mdmp files. If yes, out the two newest ones here: [url]http://dumps.metastruct.uk.to[/url] and send me the links.
Also, try verify your game.

Well, GMod hasn't exactly found its way to my common folder, so I can't really do that.
You might have to reinstall, but keep your download and addon folders so you don't have to download custom content again.
That might help. Back up your custom content if you have any, then either delete or rename (garrysmod_old) the folder in /steamapps/(username). After that, go to Steam and Delete Local Content for Garry's Mod. Then just reinstall

Alright. I've already got my shit backed up, so it shouldn't be that bad. But still, any idea why it would happen?
