When I use changelevel in my dedicated server it works for the first time, then at the second time it doesn't do anything at all :/, and it doesn't give any errors. Maybe it's because I use hl2mp maps (js_build_puzzles)?
Just tried it in my server and it works fine (for me at least) so its not a problem specific with the gmod server. Do you run any admin mods like Ulib/ULX? You can change the map via that if you cant get changelevel working.
ulx changes maps also by usin changelevel command
I know but Have you tried it though? Its a good idea to have an admin mod anyway
