• Map name: gm_construct Error:prop_static... mis. console errors, can the end user fix this?

I've encountered a few errors inside of the console for the default construct map. I'm getting:
SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model! (models/props_foliage/tree_deciduous_card_01_skybox.mdl) SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model! (models/props_foliage/tree_deciduous_card_01_skybox.mdl) SOLID_VPHYSICS static pro..... Are the vmf files available to the end user for the two default maps? (gm_construct and gm_flatgrass) Where can I get the "generic_smoke"? Is the WorldTwoTextureBlend what I see when I go through the floor and see the large spread of land under the map? Sorry for the ignorance, I'm a novice. I do use google to good effect though. When I'm in gm_flatgrass I encounter the following confusion:
Parent cvar in server.dll not allowed (lua_debugmode) Unknown command "cl_thirdperson" Unknown command "hud_showemptyweaponslots" Unknown command "sv_backspeed"
Are the respective command files intended to be easily modified? By easily I mean like with a text editor.
I'd still like to know if or how this can be fixed and if there are any maps that exist for a vanilla gmod that doesn't have any errors.
