Garry's mod starts to randomly crash yet again with the recent update. (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Windows 7 Ultimate x86
Intel i7 620M
Mobility Radeon 5650HD
4GB of RAM
Playing garry's mod on
Fullscreen
Model Quality : High
Texture Quality : Low
No Anti Aliasing
2x Anti-isotropic filtering
PS: who/where/how do i sent the crash dump too?
The thing I have found with the Windows 7 is you just leave the error message open and re-open Garry's Mod again and it should run. Hope this helps.

That had already been fixed since the last update. This is a totally different crash where it crashed mid-game not when the garry's mod starts up.
Bump, this is happening to me also.
It appears that when it happen several players on the same server crashed at the same time and error too.
