I assume this is happening because of the new ulx update because it only happened after i got the new version and this has happened with simular addons (evolve) Ok so when I say something in the chatbox it repeats it 2 times, but the second time it says im dead and OOC doesnt work.

Nope. I am not having that problem with the latest version. Try doing a clean install.
