Where is the prop list in gmod 13?

I usually dont play on servers where you have to build, but Im getting back into it. Anyways, my problem is that I cant find any props. I would like to have my props organized like they were in gmod 12. Is there a mod, an option, to make this organized like gmod 12? If there isnt, can someone please teach me how to use it? Thanks. Also, here is a screenshot of the "proplist"

I didnt have this problem in gmod 13 beta. Any ideas? By the way, I can find the spawns for nopc's and guns, just not props.
