What's the console command that's identical to Q>Saves>Save that saves the game?

I need it ASAP. I have this pose Im working on. And its massive, but the graphics engine crashed and theres a black screen, however it simply means I cant see what I'm doing, everything else works in Gmod. I need to save the map before I exit, and I'm looking for a command to save the game just like you would in Q>Saves>Save

Closed threads keep responses like that to a minimal. I clicked into a thread to see if i can help (because the thread was open) and instead got a solved issue.

I am assuming they do not know where the solved button is because it was not pressed when the issue was solved (its not that obvious). so i decided to point them in the right direction
