Gmod banlist thingy, what used to be cheaters.cfg

So, simply put does anyone have a dump of the banned SteamID's for the 'GAC' that garry implemented.

What would be handy is a list of SteamID's with the reason there on the global banlist, but just a list of these ID's would be great.

For the best why?

I want to know if a certain SteamID is on the banlist. Google shows me a few pastbins but I'd rather have something I can trust more than a spiderbot of pastebin.
