Yeah, this happened when I was putting my graphics settings on high for a screenshot. All I changed was enable multi-core rendering and Wait for Vertical Sync. Once this happens, I can't change it back unless I restart Garry's mod. I've tried changing my resolution and verified the game cache and no luck. Can someone explain to me why this error is happening and a possible fix?

Text not drawing after changing graphics setting is a known issue. Put -dxlevel 95 (assuming you're using Windows 7-8) in your startup parameters, start up Garry's Mod, exit, remove the startup parameter, and start up Garry's Mod again. After that, change your settings and restart.
