Apparently my TF2 ragdolls seem to be, in the more literal term, broken

Alright, I will try not to write a novel here so hopefully someone will read through this and assist me with this issue since I have been dealing with it since early 2013 and have run out of things to do to try and fix this issue. To get to the point, the TF2 ragdolls in Garry's Mod have decided to completely break and become essentially useless, not due to texture issues or misc items not being compatible or even spawning issues, no, I mean they no longer have functional joints. Some examples would be that the scout's right elbow is always bent about 45 to 50 degrees and will not straighten out, the sniper's left leg will only bend outward at the knee, the pyro's left arm only bends inward at the elbow, spy cant even put his arms down, and issues like this. as a reference to what might have caused this, the issue did not start until I installed this addon ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=106817451 ) the "TF2 Phys Override" addon. This addon claimed to improve TF2 ragdoll physics so they are more posable as well as claiming their physics will just return to normal once removed from Gmod, so I figured I would give it a shot, and in the end the ragdolls were more posable, but to put it simply, they were TOO posable. Their waists were so flexible that their upper bodies could clip with their waists thus putting their heads between their legs to give an example, it was too much of a chore to position them for me so of course I remove the addon expecting to have them return to normal, and then I get the broken now useless TF2 models I described previously. I have reset my Gmod in every way possible, unsubscribed to Phys Override and any other Improved Physics addons that were not Hexed, and even went so far as to make a list of my addons, put them up on steam with them set to private as a backup, and unsubscribed to every addon I had before starting up Gmod again and that still gave me the broken models, the only way I can use them now is ti use the addon that seemed to have caused this mess in the first place so I am hoping someone somewhere can help me figure out how in the holy heck I can return my TF2 Models back to their default physics instead of these limp noodles called ragdolls. Also I am sorry this still turned out still a lot to read but I couldn't shorten it any more to explain fully.
Check garrysmod/addons for the .gma file of the addon.
Have you tried going to gmod directory and removing addons and models folders? in Steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod?

Yes, I have removed every single addon from both my subscriptions and even completely removed my addons folder contents to sit through all of my addons "re installing" onto Gmod and that has resulted in no change, I even completely removed every file within the Steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod directory, went to gmod on my library, right clicked, properties, Local Files, and Verify Integrity of Game Cache causing it to retrieve completely default settings of every file in that location and the ragdolls still had these broken joints without the Phys Override addon subscribed to. Really I am worried I might be stuck with these broken models permanently though hoping that is not the case.
Post a picture of your "My Subscriptions" page.

I don't understand how this will help since I have tried not using my subscribed addons by unsubscribing to them, but I will trust you know what you are talking about much more than I do, so here is a list of them.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=255360695 there are also 3 addons I could not put in the list due to apparently not existing anymore which are the space core by Rantis, TF2 SENTRIES by Thedanter, and Bulk Cannon FIXED by Sandy "something" I cannot remember the name fully. I apologize for that.
Have you tried disabling all your addons in-game through the Workshop menu and testing if it works?

Through the workshop menu? I would assume that would be relatively the same as completely unsubscribing to all of them and playing without any addons, though I have not done that specifically.
Make sure you don't have those files anywhere in the mounted games too.
Also, a video of your "broken" ragdolls would be helpful.

Also, have you tried starting GMod without ANY addons? I mean you mentioned reinstalling them, but not running GMod without any addons ( unsubscribe from everything, delete addons folder, start the game )

I Can't exactly take a video of the issue since I lack and video capturing software, though I can take screenshots of them after I just stand them up though the issues might only be visible with a few of them, the rest are just movement issues and some have visible problems such as scout and spy with their limbs not moving down all the way in certain spots. Would that do? If not then what sort of video software could I even use to put up a video? because I see your point, the only way to really show this issue is with video.
