Gmod Dedicated Server (HLDS) not properly mounting Episode 2

For the past couple of weeks since GM13 Release, we've had a concurrent problem in the fact that episode 2 and other episodic content refuses to load.

I'll preface this with the fact that Mountdepots.txt is properly set up and in the correct folder.

I've updated the hlds install of all episodic content, and that did not fix it either.

Any help would be incredibly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
