Okay, So I removed all scripts that block tools, and restarted the server.. These are the errors I get.

So people can see the ghosted Item I'm trying to use, but it comes up with blocked entity. The Item isn't blocked though...

Pretty much, the same problem here. Cannot spawn stuff from Dups.
This is a DARKRP Server using FPP, so maybe its FPP?
What I want is though so only admins, super admins, head admin and owners can use the dup and adv dup tool....
