Ever since Gmod 13 was released, every time i start Gmod (for the first time after a system restart/reboot), steam verifies my cache files. If i cancel it and try starting the game, it shows the verification window again.
This is incredibly annoying.
Does anyone else get this or do you have a solution?

For gmod AND tf2.
I heard it was something to do with a fix for some people's Garrys Mod playing up, would be useful is Garry clarified this since it's annoying as hell when I restart my computer.
