GMod randomly crashes when Steam finishes launching GMod

Alright, so when Steam gives you a message that it is finished launching GMod, i get an error called this: SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0017E3F4) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock Can anyone help me with this?
