Recently, My Garry's Mod has repeatedly crashed every time I join a specific server of mine, Usually when closing the servers MOTD.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, try removing all addons/workshop workshop subscriptions and verify integrity of game cache
My drivers are updated, I've removed all the addons and verified the game cache, It's still not working.
What version of Windows are you using, if you're using XP you would need to upgrade
