Hello there everyone. Was wondering if anyone can help me out on this really annoying bug.
I go to start up a game (multiplayer or singleplayer) and I get as far as here:

Here's the fun part. I can still hear everything going on around my character. And according to friends I'm still able to move around. However all the time I can only see what I've shown.
If anyone can help me with this their help will be greatly appreciated.

1. what graphics card are you using?
2. was this always going on?
3. try deleting all your addons and verifying your game cache

Sorry I've been away for so long. To answer da space core:
1. ATI Radeon HD 5670
2. No, it started a while ago.
3. Already gave that one a go. Even tried a clean install.
For code_gs:

Try putting -dxlevel 95 in your startup parameters.
Same thing happened.
EDIT:
It's been quite a while since the last suggestion. Has anyone got an idea about this?
