I have ULX and URS, when admins and up to be able to spawn NPCs, users cant kill NPCS, but when users can spawn npcs, they can kill NPCS.
I want to have it so admins and up can spawn NPCs, but users can kill the NPCS
I have urestrict and ULX if anyone can help
