Garrysmod steam cloud storage full after repeated failed addon upload attempts

I was trying to upload my two addons today through gmpublish, one worked and i had about 1GB free. Then as i kept retrying the second one, it was bigger so it was more prone to failure, now it says i only have 130MB left and my addon isn't uploaded. One addon is 94MB and the other is 120MB, also i had only previously used around 100MB of the cloud storage, so is there a way i can clear whatever is taking up the space? only thing i can think of is its my screenshots because i have a lot but i think they're separate storage locations on steams servers. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Figured it out, ill put this here for anyone else having this problem. in \Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*********\4000\remote\addon_uploads you'll find a bunch of incomplete addon file uploads, just delete them and everything will be back to normal.
