No matter what I do, I cannot connect to a server (the server in question is 70.42.74.189:27015).
I ran a tracert on the IP and it returned with about 30ms coming back. I'm the DMZ host, and I've ported the ports on my router.
Any ideas? I've reinstalled Gmod and everything.

As far as I understand, yes. I've talked to the owner, I'm not firewalled or banned or anything.
