Engine error: Couldn't allocate any server IP port

The ports I've opened is 27015 - 27015 and 27000 - 27050. The port is set to 27015 in the server.cfg...

if so, try removing it

also remove the port set in server.cfg, if you have no source games open and start the server it'll grab port 27015 automatically

This is my command line for startup.

are you using the public IP or local IP to connect
