• !fuck command, GMod is now Broken

Yesterday i was playing on a sandbox server, and apparantly I somehow annoyed the admin. Soon enough he wrote a "!fuck (My STEAM ID)". My screen froze and flickered so obviously i left the server, but the worst part is whenever i try to join another server the same thing with the freezing and flickering happens, even in singleplayer. Any help is appreciated on what's causing this and why it happens (Sorry for my english not a native speaker)
Can you post a screensshot?
I don't think this will help my friends see that im in the server but all i see is this screen I can even hear the sound on the server. The last piece of the meter "Sending Client Info" keeps blinking. http://imgur.com/pnrxF2W
Can you open the spawnmenu when you join sandbox server? Can you hear walking sounds when you try to blindly walk? Try "pp_fb 0" into console when joined a server.
I can't open the spawnmenu but i can hear my footsteps it's like i am in the server but my vision is blocked by the loading screen. pp_fb 0 is not recognized I think the error may be lua related is there a way i can "reset" all of my lua codes?

It's an unknown command http://imgur.com/C63rKSh And i cant start a singleplayer game because of my problem
You gotta start the game, press ~ and enter the command. Just do it, even if it seems that you can't open the console.
I have done it as shown in the previous screenshot, but i still cant join a server [editline]5th May 2014[/editline] Now i have even done a clean reinstall and the problem will still not go away
You must load a map and enter the command.
go to garrysmod/cfg/ and paste your client.vdf in
tags
I solved the problem by uninstalling and delteing my entire gmod folder. I still think it was a malicious .lua script.
