Folder addons (GM12 Format Addons) and SVN addons missing from game!

EDIT: Shit post! Sorry, when I reinstalled GMod, all my stuff got moved to the common folder.

I had to reinstall GMod because somebody told me to when my Customizable Weaponry sweps were not working properly, but since then. It works fine but only my 'workshop' addons appear to be working fine, they appear and everything but all my addons I have that are in folders, like the way you used to install addons and it still works mind, it still worked in GMod 13 until I had to reinstall the game!

Guess what happened. None of my folder addons, Extra Customizable Weaponry, TDM Cars SVN, every SVN and Folder Addon that worked for GMod 13 did not appear. I launched the game without the addons in the folder and then launched again with them in and it made no difference. Don't tell me to download the workshop versions either because, some of the addons aren't on there and that I really don't want to convert some of them into the workshop versions (especially the TDM Cars SVN, then I can't make skins anymore).

If there is any way to get my folder addons, that work for GMod 13 and my SVN addons working again and to appear in GMod, tell me please!
