I know this has been discussed several times here but I have tried all possible solutions, yet no luck.
This has been happening for months and it's driving me crazy every time I restarted my server.
Basically my server cannot connect to Workshop to get list of mounted addons on my collections.

Sometimes it's working straight away, sometimes it stopped at "Collection has x addons", then it returning to "Error - retrying..."
I have created new API key yet it still does not help.
If someone has any clue on this then any help wil be appreciated.
Have you tried disabling all firewalls ever on your network? What's your internet speeds? Can you access steam workshop?
Make your collection public.

Yup... for the record I'm running dedicated server through SSH connection (I'm using Putty). My server is running CentOS 6. I don't really know yet how to ping Steam Workshop from there.

Re-create your collection from scratch.
