Lately my gmod has been crashing straight too my desktop during games. It is very random as to when it does it but I cant seem too stay on a server for more than an hour without it doing it I have tried validating and even re installing but i still get the problem. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before and if so how to fix it.
Do you have any addons/workshop subscriptions? If so, try removing them. Also make sure you have the latest graphics drivers. Do you have crashes in any other games?

I had 2 addons that i have now disabled I lasted about a hour then still crashed, my graphics card is fully updated. I only ever play ttt on gmod that's where I am getting the crashes do not know if its in other gmod games but other games altogether I don't crash.
Computer specs?
