[HELP] Suddenly my server cant connect to steam servers

EDIT: I fixed ;D yeah! :D.... It was because suddenly my norton expired when I checked it. Then I redownloaded it and the suddenly was my srcds blocked?!.. But nvm :D.. i fixed it :D... I cant describe my happyness atm :D

PS... I know i failed at checking the firewall.. but i forgot it expired :D

I host my own Gmod TTT Server and it was working fine and smooth :D.... but suddenly today, All my players got disconnected and then my server couldn't reach steam servers.

When I launch it and it had loaded all the stuff a server is loading :D.. its says at the last of the line

"Could not establish connection to steam servers."
"Could not establish connection to steam servers."

And all the mounts I have from the workshop is not working either.
It just says
"Error - retrying.."

I tried:
Change port,
Ask my friend to see if his server can reach steam. It could.
Reseach on if something changed with the steam server.
Tried all the line-commands like: Heatbeat and secure/insecure
check up on if my ip changed.
See if my firewall suddenly blocked the comunication

So while writing this im trying to install a brand new server to see if that helps.
Im also worried about if its my server which is being dos?.
so if you guys could somehow confirm its not being dos, it would help alot :D

I could also post some pics and stuff if that would help you, and i check up on my Portforward see if that suddenly changed. It dosn't look like it.

If you guys have any idea on what it could be then plz share it :D
