Hey guys, i've been getting this error all the time on my TTT server, anyone knows why?

In addition my server keeps crashing for some reason, saying "Server shutting down", anyone knows how can i check what causes it?

That means someone is running the shutdown command. Make sure you have proper usergroups and you don't have any backdoor'd addons.
I had the same problem.
Just reinstall TTT, this solved the problem for me.
