I just made my server and whenever I get a gun it's at my waist and can't shoot. It makes me zoom in to crosshairs to shoot. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Go to your DarkRP gamemode folder, check config.lua and change something in the line of "Need iron sight to shoot" to false.
