Garry's Mod Player Models not working correctly. They look like 'Starfish'

Hi everyone! I was playing Garry's mod and noticed that all the players' models looked a bit like starfish. They aren't animating at all, they are just kind of gliding with their arms outs from their side. I tried Re-Downloading Garry's Mod, Half Life 2, And CSS. It is still not working and I noticed that there are not many files in the 'models' file in the local files. I have tried verify integrity of game cache on the three games mentioned above, and Garry's Mod had to download one thing, and the rest were fine. Garry's Mod models were still not working correctly even after Downloading that file it was missing. Here are some pictures of what I am seeing. Go to your garrysmod directory Default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\<yoursteamname>\garrysmod\garrysmod there you should see a few folder. Delete everything except Addons, Maps and Saves. Then in Steam right click on Garrys Mod, Click properties and click the local files tab. Should be a button saying "Vertify Integrity Of Game Cache" Wait for it to finish and play Garrys Mod
