I saw some servers have prefixes such as [Owner] [Admin] so on so forth.. I saw a couple things but I'm confused if there with ULX or what. If someone would help that would be great, THANKS :) btw the server is TTT

If you are refering to Chat Tags, these are different per game mode, per server. Purely LUA based, and you can buy them or request them on CoderHire, or you could learn LUA and make it yourself.

There are at least one available in the Addons Release Forum which should work with your gamemode.
